About The owners
I am a proud construction professional with 14 years of experience in the industry. I have a beautiful wife of 15 years and 4 fantastic children. My passion for building and creating started at a young age and has continued to grow throughout my career.
I started my construction journey as a laborer, working on various sites and gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of the construction process. I quickly realized that my skills and dedication to the trade would allow me to advance, and I eventually became a drafter and then jumped over to be a project manager for 4 years. In this role, I was responsible for managing a team of workers and ensuring that projects were completed on time and within budget.
Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work on a diverse range of storage projects, large commercial developments to smaller residential projects. This has given me a unique perspective on the construction industry and has helped me to develop a well-rounded skill set.
My family has always been a huge support system for me, and they have encouraged me every step of the way. My spouse, in particular, has been instrumental in helping me to balance my work and personal life. As a family of six, we enjoy spending time together and taking on new challenges and adventures.
In conclusion, my construction experience of 14 years has been a journey filled with challenges and rewards. I am grateful for the opportunities that have come my way and the support of my family. I am excited to continue growing and learning in the storage & pre-engineered industry and look forward to what we are building here at CRMF as we strive to become the number one metal building company in the nation.

Austin was raised in a small farm town in Nevada along with his sister Sarah by their two wonderful parents. They spent a lot of recreation time exploring the outdoors. This is where Austin started developing a strong work ethic and the beginning of his interests in metal working as a welder. This is also where he met his now wife of 20 years, Nicole.
Austin graduated from high school and went to the Army just a couple months later. He would be a welder and fabricator and become proficient at all types of welding and cutting. During his five years in the Army, he was stationed in Kentucky, Maryland, California, and Kuwait. Austin and Nicole were married in 2003. In 2005, after his time in the military came to an end, they packed up their things and moved from California to Idaho to begin their next stage of life.
For the first year or so Austin and Nicole were able to work together for his Uncle and Aunt. Austin would fabricate luggage systems and crash guards for motorcycles while Nicole worked in the office. A year and a half later they would have their son. Shortly after this in 2006 Austin started college for electronics engineering technology and would graduate with his Bachelor of Science degree in 2010. Halfway through college Austin began a new career direction working with and supporting customers with industrial manufacturing equipment. From small to multi-million-dollar CNC machines and robotics systems primarily in the production of metal products which spanned over a variety of industries to include the medical industry, aerospace, semi-conductors, automotive, food and the entertainment industry.
In 2018 Austin would begin studying real estate and business to pursue another goal of his. This would all work together in helping to develop a business in the metal framing industry with a big emphasis on self-storage buildings. Austin and Nicole now have four children: one son and three daughters. They have since moved from Idaho to Washington and finally to Alabama where they currently reside. Now with Cold Rolled Metal Framing going full steam ahead they are committed to growing the company and developing lasting industry relationships.
